Cancel contracts here
Here you can cancel a WorldViews subscription (WorldViews UG (haftungsbeschränkt)). You do not need to be signed in to the app to do so.
How it works
- Tap “Cancel now”. A prepared e-mail to us opens.
- Fill in the details and send the e-mail.
- We send you an e-mail confirming receipt, with date and time, and the date on which your subscription ends.
No e-mail opens? Then write to support@worldviews.ai with the subject “Cancellation” and state: your subscription, the e-mail address of your account, your name and the desired date. If you do not state a date, we cancel as of the earliest possible date. You keep Pro until the end of the term.
Where did you take out the subscription?
- On the web (app.worldviews.ai): We end the subscription at the desired date or at the earliest possible date. You do not need to do anything else.
- In the Apple App Store or on Google Play: These subscriptions are billed by the store. We are technically unable to stop the charges there. Please cancel directly in the store, otherwise you will continue to be charged: on the iPhone under Settings → your name → “Subscriptions”, on Google Play under “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”. We will still confirm to you any cancellation that you send us.
Not cancelling a subscription, but deleting your account?
You can do that in the app under Settings → Account → “Delete account” or via worldviews.ai/delete-account.
