# Withdraw from contract

Here you can withdraw from a purchase from WorldViews (WorldViews UG (haftungsbeschränkt)) that you made on the web. You do not need to be signed in to the app to do so.

## How it works

1. Tap **“Confirm withdrawal”**. A prepared e-mail to us opens.
2. Fill in the details and send the e-mail.
3. We send you an e-mail confirming receipt, with the content of your statement and the date and time.

No e-mail opens? Then write to [support@worldviews.ai](mailto:support@worldviews.ai) with the subject “Withdrawal” and state: what you bought, when, your name and the e-mail address of your account.

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase on the web within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. You get the purchase price back via the same means of payment. ## Bought in the App Store or on Google Play?

Then the store is your contractual partner for the purchase. You declare your withdrawal there: at Apple via [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com), at Google Play via your order history.

You can also declare your withdrawal by post to WorldViews UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Forstgarten 10, 09526 Olbernhau, Germany.
