# Support and contact

We help you with questions about WorldViews: about the app, your account, purchases and anything that is not working as it should.

## How to reach us

We usually reply within two working days, in German or English. Ideally, write to us from the e-mail address of your account and briefly tell us which device you use (iPhone, Android or web).

## Common issues

- **Forgot password:** On the sign-in page, tap “Forgot password”. You will get an e-mail with a link.
- **Purchase is not shown:** In the app, open Settings → “Manage subscription & purchases” and tap “Restore purchases”. If that does not help, send us the receipt.
- **Cancel subscription:** App Store and Google Play: in the subscription settings of your store account. Bought on the web: at [worldviews.ai/cancel](https://www.worldviews.ai/cancel?hsLang=en).
- **Withdraw from a purchase:** Bought on the web: at [worldviews.ai/withdraw](https://www.worldviews.ai/withdraw?hsLang=en). Bought in the App Store or on Google Play: via the respective store.
- **Delete account:** In the app under Settings → Account → “Delete account”. More at [worldviews.ai/delete-account](https://www.worldviews.ai/delete-account?hsLang=en).
- **Invitation does not work:** Invitations are valid for seven days. Ask the person who invited you for a new link or code.
- **Report a bug or request a feature:** In the app under “Support & Feedback” or directly at [worldviews.canny.io](https://worldviews.canny.io).

## Reporting something

The quickest way to report messages and people is directly in the app: via “Report” on the message or in the profile. How we deal with reports is explained in the Community Rules ([worldviews.ai/community-rules](https://www.worldviews.ai/community-rules?hsLang=en)).

Without the app, you can report illegal content to us by e-mail to [support@worldviews.ai](mailto:support@worldviews.ai). We handle reports concerning the protection of children with priority; for these, write “Child safety” in the subject line.

## Complaint about a moderation decision

Was one of your messages hidden, a talk ended or your account suspended, and do you think that is wrong? Or did you report something and do not agree with the outcome? Write to [support@worldviews.ai](mailto:support@worldviews.ai) within six months. A human reviews the decision again.

## In an emergency

WorldViews is not a crisis service. In acute danger, call the emergency number: 112 in the EU, 911 in the USA. Further offers of help are listed in the Community Rules.
