# Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the app **WorldViews** of **WorldViews UG (haftungsbeschränkt)** on all platforms (iOS, Android, web).

## Our principle

WorldViews is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not tolerate any sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of children (CSAE), nor any depictions of it (CSAM) – in any form, without exception.

## What is prohibited

- depictions of sexual abuse of children and adolescents, including drawn, edited or AI-generated ones,
- any sexualisation of minors in text, image or sound,
- initiating sexual contact with minors (grooming),
- sexual extortion (sextortion) and child trafficking,
- offering, seeking, exchanging or linking to such content,
- any trivialisation or glorification of child abuse.

Minors may not use WorldViews. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.

## How we prevent it

- When registering and when joining as a guest, every person confirms that they are at least 18 years old. In the app stores, WorldViews is rated for adults only.
- Before their first talk, all users accept the Community Rules, which contain this prohibition.
- New messages are automatically checked for serious violations, including content that involves minors. Hits are hidden from the other person if the participants are strangers to each other, and are reported to us for review.
- Every message and every profile can be reported in the app, with the dedicated reason “Involves minors”. Every person can be blocked.

## Reporting

- **In the app:** “Report” on the message or in the profile, reason “Involves minors”.
- **By e-mail:** [support@worldviews.ai](mailto:support@worldviews.ai), subject “Child safety”. This is also possible without an account.

Please do not send us any images or files containing depictions of abuse. Describe where we can find the content.

## What we do

1. We review child safety reports with priority.
2. We block the content and suspend the account immediately and permanently.
3. We preserve the data that authorities need for their investigations and do not delete it prematurely.
4. We report the case to the competent bodies: in Germany to the police or the Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt), where there is a connection to the USA to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), otherwise to the competent authority of the country concerned.
5. We cooperate with the investigating authorities and do not inform the reported person in advance.

We comply with the child protection laws that apply to us.
